Your visit to the railway wouldn’t be complete without popping in to our gift shop.

We sell a range of railway-themed gifts for children, from wooden train sets to story books. We also stock a range of books to suit the grown-up enthusiast, including local-themed railway and transport books. There’s also an extensive collection of second-hand railway books – you never know what gems will turn up.

In the summer you can also grab a cold drink fro the fridge, and chocolate bars are also available. 

While you’re there, keep an eye out for our vintage clock and old-style cash register – you can even have a go on it and see if you can add up in pounds, shillings and pence.
