The membership year runs from January to December. All membership renewals must be received by March 31st, otherwise your membership is deemed to have lapsed.
You can renew online, or by post. Follow the relevant instructions below.
Online renewal payment
For online renewals, just fill in this form and pay via PayPal, there’s nothing else to do, no need to print, scan or post paper forms to us.
Please remember to register for Gift Aid with us if you haven’t already. You can do so by choosing the Gift Aid option during the PayPal checkout.
You can also download the Gift Aid form here and scan or photograph the completed form and send it to us by emailing it to membership@downrail.co.uk.
If you have previously filled in a gift aid form and sent it to us, then you don’t need to send a new one.
Renewal by post
First, download the Membership Renewal Form. Print this out and fill it in.
If you are a UK tax payer, please download and fill in the Gift Aid form, it raises an extra 25p for every £1 you give us. If you have previously filled in a gift aid form and sent it to us, then you don’t need to send a new one.
You can pay your membership fees by enclosing a cheque or postal order for the required payment with your form. Send your forms and payment to:
