Summer 2019

We’ve got a packed summer programme this year, with special events running throughout the summer as well as our regular steam train services.

On all the running days listed on this page, trains are running to our standard timetable between Downpatrick and Inch Abbey, and all the usual attractions of the railway are open for you to experience

Special events are being supported by Newry, Mourne and Down District Council and for all of the family events normal fares apply for adults, concessions, families and kids aged 4+. Children aged under 4 will be charged at the same rate as over-4s on these days, but infants will still travel free of charge.
