Enjoy a steam train ride, explore the railway, collect the letters to solve the puzzle and get your Easter Egg from the Easter Bunny

Online ticket sales are now closed.

If you have missed online booking, don’t worry – you can pay on the day.

Easter trains are running on Saturday 15th, Sunday 16th & Monday 17th April
1:30pm-5pm each day

The Easter Bunny will be visiting our Railway, and her goal is simple: to make sure all children have a great day with her steam trains and come away with a chocolate Easter Egg!

The Easter Bunny's friends are hiding all around the railway, each of them has a letter you need to write down!

You can buy your tickets online, or on the day at our station. We recommend buying in advance to speed you through any queues. On arrival, children will each be given an Easter Letter Hunt sheet and will have to try to find the cuddly bunnies hidden all over our station.

After your train journey you’ll make your way to our gallery building to find the last letter, then it’s time to rearrange them to make the magic phrase so the Easter Bunny can give you your Easter Egg. Don’t worry, it’s not too difficult, and the bunny and her helpers will make sure that every child gets their chocolate egg.

Your tickets entitle you to:

  • As many train trips as you like
  • Stay as long as you like to explore Ireland’s only mainline heritage railway
  • Visit the model railway and drive a train
  • Access our museum in the station building
  • Word hunt – find the letters hidden around the whole railway
  • Meet the Easter Bunny to claim your Easter Eggs
